Clean, large rooms with all the usual amenities. Good breakfast. Not overly quiet.
It was great experience, I would give additional rating for service. Staff and host were so generous, we were 6 adult and 12 kids , traveling for tournaments. We got early check-ins and late checkout with simple requests. we had been offered great service for hosting small birthday party. Room service was awesome. This will be our place stay for whenever we come back.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Room felt clean. The hallways, elevator, and pool areas weren't great. Lobby was clean, free coffee and staff was very friendly. Decent breakfast included with stay.
The staff was friendly, Chelsea in particular was wonderful and very accommodating. Rooms were nice. But our favorite part of the experience was breakfast. Not only is Jackie an absolute sweetheart, but you can tell that she works very hard to provide a great breakfast for everyone. The proof is in the final product!! Delicious, and such a wide variety of choices!! The pancakes are me and my kids' personal favorite Thank you holiday inn express for being so wonderful!
Really needs updated. In the corners of the floors need cleaned badly. The bed was comfortable. I slept well. The young woman who was at the front desk when I checked in was wonderful. It was her birthday, but unfortunately I can't remember her name. And very helpful. Name
Stayed here for a wedding weekend and was very impressed by the room and hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room felt very worth the price. The pool and workout areas looked very clean and fun. The breakfast was honestly amazing, the cinnamon buns were top notch. There was also a pancake printing machine which was kind of cute to watch. Would recommend this hotel to anyone
I've stayed in hotels for about 75% of the last 5 and a half years for work, and I don't write many reviews on my stays. Bino was at the front desk when I checked in, and she might be the sweetest person I've ever met. After a very long and stressful day, it was great to finally get to the hotel and find such warm and friendly customer service. Great customer service is what makes any business stand out. My king suite is much nicer than the majority of Holiday Inn rooms that I've stayed in. It's cozy and tastefully decorated. Everything is clean and spotless, and the bed is very comfortable. The internet is also fast enough to watch Netflix. This is a very well managed hotel that punches above its weight. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Stopped one night here on our road trip from Illinois to Texas. Nick at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he really made check in a pleasant experience. Pool was good (although a little cold), rooms comfortable, clean and quiet. Decent breakfast. It only has 1 elevator which means sometimes there’s a bit of a wait. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
